You will call and email clients every day, using both English and Spanish, to move their cases forward. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are thus of the utmost importance for this position. Experience as a paralegal in an immigration law firm is preferred, but not required. We ll teach you everything you need to know about U.S. asylum procedures; we believe in setting you up for success and will prioritize education and professional development. What you will get Salary commensurate with experience, but above market norms. Pay may increase quickly if you re a great fit for the firm and do an outstanding job.
