Job Description

Provides analytical and program support. Contributes to engagement work plan development and often leads assigned engagement tasks to completion. Applies business modeling, process modeling, and business design techniques; formulate diagnoses through financial or statistical modeling, assesses appropriate alternatives, and offer conclusions to Project Manager. Participates in organizational assessments, and leads performance measures and indicators analysis. Has knowledge of Federal accounting principles and accounting transactions and an understanding of budget planning, budget formulation, and budget execution processes. Proficient with various financial analysis methods and has an understanding of financial systems requirements. Applies knowledge of business processes to identify most timely, effective, and/or efficient method of achieving organizational change, and able to document and explain tradespace between competing courses of action.

Qualifications Required (Skills)

  • 10+ years of experience directly related to the responsibilities of this role and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience initiating, supervising, and developing requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs.
  • AN ACTIVE DOD TS/SCI CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION FOR WHICH YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN


Qualifications Desired

4 Years DoDAF Architecture and CAMEO. Knows and understands DoD processes, to include PPBE, DAS, and JCIDS.
