Team Leader (Scrum Master) Job DescriptionSummaryThe Team Leader is responsible for the overall productivity of a scrum team. They will have a functional responsibility within the team and have the ability to set aside personal motivation for the betterment of the team. By taking a special interest in all roles within the team, the team leader will attend various meetings throughout both the pre-construction and construction process.Responsibilities*

Serve as a scrum master to destroy roadblocks while keeping core values in mind. Drive sprint completion. Lead weekly sprint planning meetings and daily standups. Team capacity planning. Decisions related to when to use outside resources.*

Adhere to a results-oriented culture, while still maintaining high core values, to meet or exceed established KPIs.*

Lead/Manage/Accountability for team members. Quarterly conversations with PDs, PMs, and Designers on the team. Yearly reviews with PDs, PMs, and Designers. Team member professional growth planning. In partnership with department heads, plan yearly training opportunities.*

Client relations management*

Jobsite and office meeting attendance regularly. Regular job site visits to ensure job cleanliness, trade partner SOW adherence, and client experience.*

Core value infusion within the team, trade partners, and clients. Make all decisions with core values in mind. Serve as point of escalation for communication breakdowns. Coach and train team on effective communication techniques.*

All responsibilities related to the functional role on the team (Project Manager, Project Developer or Interior Designer)*
