Overview
The Facility Security Officer shall serve as the central focal point of contact for Contractor security matters and shall have broad experience in all aspects of the security disciplines including personnel, physical, operations, industrial, communications, information, and information technology security.

Responsibilities
- The FSO shall demonstrate knowledge and experience with the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS), Scattered Castles, e-QIP, preparing DD Form 254s, certification and accreditation, clearance passing and conducting security briefings and debriefings.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- The FSO shall be certified through the Defense Industrial Security Program or equivalent; have a minimum of five (5) years' experience as a FSO which includes at least two (2) years' experience operating in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) environment; shall possess a thorough understanding of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and all Director of National Intelligence (DNI) security policies and regulations.
