Compensation is based on relevant experience.We are seeking a SENIOR PROJECT MGR to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling and implementation.

THIS POSITION IS 90% IN THE OPUS OFFICE and 10% SITE VISITS.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementationAllocate resources for assigned projectsSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsNegotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsQualifications:

Previous experience in RESIDENTIAL, HIGH END construction management -- A MUSTFamiliarity with EXCELStrong leadership qualitiesStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-oriented
