In addition, Kion offers excellent compensation and outstanding benefits, including top-of-the-line, platinum-level benefits, at zero cost to the employee!If you're passionate about using your expert skills to bring transformational change to a customer s journey to the cloud, you'd be a great addition to our team!YOUR ROLE:The Product Manager (Identity & Governance) will lead the Identity & Governance product line as a part of the Kion cloud enablement platform.YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:The Product Manager (Identity & Governance) will lead our Cloud Security product line as a part of the Kion cloud governance platform.Collaborate with stakeholders and product team members to design and deliver cloud security, identity and governance features that turn our users into fans.Define and communicate a comprehensive strategy, build a roadmap, and manage a prioritized backlog for the cloud security capabilities of the Kion platform.Engage with other product teams in FinOps, reporting, and platform engineering for a holistic and consistent Kion platform experience.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in cloud security, integrating this knowledge into the development and enhancement of security features.Educate fellow Kioneers and the Kion user community on identity and cloud security best practices.Actively contribute to the broader cloud security community, participating in relevant forums, certifications, and staying engaged with industry developments.WHAT WE ARE EXPECTING FROM YOU (I.E., THE QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE):5+ years of combined Product Management and/or cloud security & identity experience.Hands-on experience supporting a technology product, project, or team, preferably in the cloud security space.You demonstrate a working knowledge of modern software development best practices, including Product Management, Lean, Agile, DevOps, and CloudOps.You re passionate about cloud operations and interested in the future of cloud security.You communicate highly-technical and complicated ideas in an approachable and engaging way, whether it s a presentation, conversation, GitLab issue, or Slack thread.You build lasting, meaningful relationships with coworkers, partners, customers, and peers.You lead small teams confidently and empathetically.OUR WISH LIST (I.E., THE QUALIFICATIONS WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE):Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree in Business, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a relevant discipline.Relevant certifications in cloud security (e.g., AWS Certified Security - Specialty, Certified Information Systems Security Professional - CISSP).Relevant certifications or training in Lean, Agile, DevOps, Product Design, or Product Management (e.g., CSPO).WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE IN RETURN:Kion is a remote-first company.
