The Senior Learning and Development Consultant will plan, develop and manage various training programs that are consistent with the organization's talent development strategy Will act as a liaison and corporate resource, and will facilitate the successful implementation of such programs across the business units. Will provide a wide range of consultation services in organizational assessment and change management. Will facilitate cultural transformation initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
