- Manage the end-to-end life cycle for devices such as laptops, desktops, and thin clients.
- Handle hardware and network troubleshooting, as well as the installation and support of the Microsoft platform.
- Provide support for new hire onboarding and end user off-boarding.
- Handle PC fulfillment, including new purchases, repairs, and asset management.
- Manage software provisioning and installation requests, as well as new printer configurations and miscellaneous services such as return labels.
- Asset inventory management (New Device Asset/Import/Physical Stocking).
- PC Diagnostics & Sanitation, recycle pickup requests from end users.
- Walkup, Deskside, and Remote technical support.
- AV Meeting Room support.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good knowledge of desktop operating systems and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Experience in managing VIP clients.
