**Now Hiring:** Full-time**,** Part-time, and Seasonal

**Pay:** Dependent on experience

*** Supplemental Pay: $1,000 Culinary Seasonal Stay Bonus ***

* Exclusively for Gervasi and Twisted Olive BOH culinary positions

* Employee must be hired before June 1st, 2021

* New hire must work consistent 25 hour+ work week June 1st - September 30th

* New hire must have full open consistent availability (nights, weekends and peak shifts)

* Employee MUST demonstrate continued satisfactory performance for entire season

**Responsibilities:**

* Prep Cook

+ Basic food preparation prior to service

+ All other duties assigned

* Dishwasher

+ Clean and transport pans, utensils, and service ware in order to provide cooks, bus persons, and servers with the appropriate equipment for guests

+ All other duties assigned

**Requirements:**

* Prep Cook

+ Previous experience working as a cook required

* Dishwasher

+ No previous experience required
