Overview of the Senior Accountant role:

• Create, reconcile and analyze asset, liability and capital accounts
• Prepare and document journal entries
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Assist in operating expense calculations and reconciliations
• Oversee a staff accountant

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related
• 4-6 year's experience with a focus on Real Estate Accounting
• Knowledge of Real Estate Accounting Software
