Job description

A law firm in Washington, DC is seeking a highly experienced Litigation Of Counsel with a focus on product liability and/or complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of litigation experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm, and possess superior research, analytical, and writing skills. The role involves working closely with clients, supervising associates, collaborating with experts, contributing to case strategy, and handling various aspects of litigation, including fact development, depositions, discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.Duties:Communicating effectively with clients to understand and address their legal needs.Supervising and mentoring associates in the litigation practice.Collaborating with experts in various fields relevant to litigation cases.Assisting with fact development, depositions, and other aspects of case preparation.Reviewing and drafting discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.Contributing to the development of case strategy.Requirements:Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience.Experience with product liability and/or complex commercial litigation.Previous practice experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm.Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and bar admission.Medical and/or scientific background is highly preferred.Certifications:Bar admission.Skills:Superior research, analytical, and writing skills.Experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.Multitasking and prioritization abilities are essential for success.Company infoBCG Attorney Search1629 K ST NW, Suite 300WashingtonDistrict of ColumbiaUnited States 20006Phone :
