A law firm in Washington, DC is seeking a highly experienced Litigation Of Counsel with a focus on product liability and/or complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of litigation experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm, and possess superior research, analytical, and writing skills.
