Job Title: Accounts Receivable ClerkLocation: Columbus OH 100% onsitePay Range: $20 to $25 p/h w-212 month contractWhat s the Job?The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for preparing, posting, verifying and recording customer payments and transactions to the accounts receivable.Maintains and updates customer files, including billing contact information.Works closely with the collection team to identify and clear past due accounts.Creates reports regarding status of customer accounts as requested.Assists in reconciling general ledger and customer accounts monthly.Investigates and resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions in a timely manner.Identifies problems and inconsistencies within the accounts receivable process and recommend appropriate corrective procedures.Monitors credits on accounts and posts them in a timely fashion.Supports with other related duties as needed.What s Needed?2 years of relevant experience in Accounts ReceivableExperience with SAP, or similar system preferredAssociates degree or experience in lieu of degreeIntermediate level of Microsoft Excel skills requiredStrong analytical skills with ability to reconcile data and analyze variancesHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
