This position is responsible for providing specialist technical advice and guidance on a range of transport planning issues, including undertaking the assessment and review of planning referrals for development and subdivision applications, structure plans, planning schemes, amendment proposals and responses to general planning enquires.The successful candidates will possess the following attributes:well-developed written and oral communication skills.ability to negotiate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.ability to work and thrive in a diverse team environment.a background in interpreting and applying legislation, policies, procedures, standards specific to transport planning.About YouYou will be a career-driven individual seeking to extend your experience in the planning industry.
