THE ROLE

Maryville Consulting Group is seeking a consulting leader to deliver high-quality outcomes for enterprise accounts across the US. This candidatewill bring experience participating in and managingengagements forFortune 500or largeGovernmentorganizationswith industry best practice approaches.This role willhave the opportunity to lead accounts,manageengagements,and support business development opportunities. In all cases, we seek leaders that work to take unstructured problems and drive a well-defined and thorough execution method to delivery.

This role will bewithin Maryville s Technology Business Management (TBM) Practice, andpartially or exclusively aligned toMaryville s Public Sector organization, a rapidlyexpandinggroupwith substantial opportunity forcareer growth and additional accountabilities.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As part of thePublic SectorTeam,you llprovide guidance and offer unique perspectives that move clients from managing Technology as a cost center to running IT as a value-driven business partner. You will:Lead and participate in cross-functional teamswithin our Public Sector portfolio including Federal, State and Local Government, Academic Medical Center, and Higher Education organizationsIndependently lead TBM/ IT Financial Managementengagements, manage small to mid-size delivery teams, and deliver timely outcomes while attaining the highest possible client satisfactionFocus on expanding and growing strategic accounts through excellent client relationships and high-quality engagement deliveryCultivate customer relationships and become a trusted advisor in the strategic development of people,processand technology at our clientsIdentifyand developopportunities to expand our value proposition with clients through new scope of execution

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

6-10yearsofexperience in management or technology consulting environmentExcellentcommunicationand presentationskills,both written and spokenDemonstratable project management skills and experienceBusiness development experience, evidence of developing new and expanding client relationshipsAbility to drive outcomesbothindependentlyand/orwhile leading small to mid-size teamsComfortable influencing and building trust-based, value-added relationships with senior executivesDemonstrated leadership in problem statement definition, solution proposal, and solution executionAbility and willingness to travel up to 30% domestically (post-COVID)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience working with Federal or Government organizationsDegree in Finance, Accounting, or Information TechnologyPMP, ITIL, and/or TBMA certificationsDOD or DHS Security ClearanceKnowledge of federal contracting and procurement processesITindustry understanding and experience of leading digital transformationinitiativesLocated in the greater Washington, DC area

This position is available within the United States as a remote position, or within St. Louis, Minneapolis, or Boston as an office-based role.Resources based in the greaterWashington,DC area are preferred.
