**Responsibilities:**
Finalization of receipts to ensure proper payment to the vendors and credit to the correct customers
Work with Warehouse Operations, Procurement and Inventory Planning to resolve issues with receipts and discrepancies
Research, reconcile and resolve discrepancies and on-hand balance issues to ensure inventory accuracy
Provide assistance in establishing performance objectives for inventory control
Process transactions in warehouse management tools Manhattan (SCALE) and SAP
Review and resolve rejected, damaged, or undeliverable material in a timely manner
Maintains necessary files and documentation
Preform and support cycle counts 2x-4 a year
Cross-train in other inventory control functions for back-up when required.
Perform receiving activities that could include loading and unloading trucks, if needed
Other duties as assigned
**Education:**
Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a G.E.D. Certification
**Experience:**
1-2 Years of Operational Administration Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and math skills required.
Ability to learn new and multiple systems
