JOB SUMMARY: The EKG Cardiology Technician performs routine EKGs, stress tests, and attends MUSE. This position interacts with patients and clinicians daily. They perform non-invasive, diagnostic cardiology procedures (from infant to adult) to attain patient response, as directed or prescribed by a physician. Prepares patient, takes and records responses, interprets and advises physician of noted
abnormalities. Performs general office duties as assigned. Ability to observe and obtain information, understand the range of cardiac testing needed by the patient and report significant findings to caregivers to ensure that appropriate care is provided to patients.

This position is every other Sunday 7am - 1:00pmREQUIREMENTS
- Required High School Diploma Graduate of an accredited program for cardiac ultrasound as defined and accepted by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or CCI, Cardiac Credentialing International.
- Minimum of two years full time clinical experience or five years per diem or on call technologist. Experience in Transesophageal echo and pediatrics including neonate through teenage years in required. Required
