Larmax Homes specializes in care for older adults living with dementia. Each of our homes is small and intimate, with only 8 residents and 3 day time caregivers per home. Because they love working directly with people, our Med Techs and CNAs work together on the floor to provide the best quality of care for these residents. To share the work, Larmax has three staff working together each day and, in addition to giving care, staff has the opportunity to assist with engagement and meals as well as working with our families.

Flexible Schedule:
  • 11 and 12 hour shifts available on weekends and weekdays
  • 12 hour overnight shifts (weekends and weekdays)
  • Located near Tysons Mall
Education/Special Training Required:
  • High School Diploma
  • CNA License preferred (but we will train our direct care staff that have prior experience)
  • Experience with the direct care of the elderly, preferably in a group setting rather than private duty
  • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Word and email) and the ability to learn new applications


Because of the fragile nature of our wonderful residents, we require that all of our staff are vaccinated for COVID-19 and strongly encourage boosters and flu shots.
