a fast-growing professional services firm in McLean, VA with expertise in construction management (CM), construction-related technology, space planning, and facilities management, seeks an experienced Proposal Manager with experience writing, coordinating, reviewing, and overseeing the production of proposals. The successful candidate will present proposal content in a clear, persuasive, concise, and logical manner.
Responsibilities:
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for cleared and non-cleared professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the GovCon industry.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and requirements.
Utilize Lever as our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track metrics, and streamline the recruitment process.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all federal regulations and company policies related to recruiting and hiring cleared professionals.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruiting strategies and practices.
Conduct regular analysis of recruiting data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance recruiting effectiveness.
Mentor and develop the current recruiting team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
