About the position:
TJFACT is seeking to hire a Management Analyst III to join our team in support of the United States Department of State (DOS) Information Resource Management (IRM) in Washington, DC.
The Management Analyst III (MAIII) will be an advanced individual with extensive-range, scalable management support. The MAIII will be responsible for assisting and facilitating high level management support through assignment tracking, collaboration, data calls and managing and/or monitoring the day-to-day activities. The MAIII will provide highly proficient management support services, functions, and liaison between other offices while providing the following support services demonstrating exceptional experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide management support to senior management
Perform liaison activities, build close working relationship with internal/external customers; facilitate communications and enhance cooperation among various organizations
Assist and implement plans designed to enhance collaboration and working relationship with stakeholders
Consolidate, maintain, and track results of customer satisfaction surveys
Assist in the identification and tracking of internal policies for cross-cutting issues
Assist in identifying and tracking internal procedures or, customer-based policies for cross-cutting issues
Provide coordination for assigned tasks or special tasks based on office or department priorities
Facilitate manager communications and collaborative tasks
Work with program and project managers on office related tasks
Develop reports, spreadsheets and/or presentations and brief senior management both orally and in writing
Collect and combine multiple reports into a consolidated report and review for quality
Compile and/or create consolidated monthly reports, as directed, for management approval
Monitor monthly plans and brief management on status
Respond to various data calls
Maintain electronic files with all supporting documentation and justification
Draft and maintain specific organizational plans, as requested
Take meeting notes, collect data from meetings and prepare Weekly Activities Report (WAR) and accomplishments
Provide document drafting support to FTEs as required and maintain briefing materials up to date
Assist in drafting and processing official correspondence (e.g., MOA, official letters, etc.) as required
Develop plans and provide support for official internal/external events such as meetings, reviews, award ceremonies, etc. Planning activities include defining processes, activities, key elements, and issues and, venue planning. Support activities include drafting documents and schedules as required, preparing activities and awards, capturing, and tracking results.
Prepares a variety of analytical reports, memoranda, and written materials
Draft and process electronic travel requests for travelers both contract and government
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Required to meet these minimums in addition to having escalating levels of qualifications and experience commensurate with the position level in the Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) marketplace.
Years of experience and Educational Requirements:
10+ years of directly related technical experience
Bachelor's degree in related field
PREFERRED/HIGHLY RECOMMENED QUALIFICATIONS:
