What You'll Be Doing
This is general janitorial and light maintenance work in the care of Parks and Recreation facilities. Work involves performing manual tasks related to the care and cleaning of the inside of the Recreation Center, Farmhouse, Olde Izaak Walton Park and surrounding parking lots, and other areas as assigned. Additional tasks are manual in nature and require the employee to lift, stoop, bend, carry, move furniture and cleaning equipment, perform light-duty equipment maintenance and repairs while adhering to safety standards and standard operation procedures for the Parks and Recreation Department.

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 18 years old. HS diploma/GED or equivalent experience. Possession of a valid driver's license or ability to obtain within six months of employment. Attain a CPR/First Aid Certification within three months of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
Valid driver's license. Experience in custodial maintenance. Bilingual in English/Spanish.
