Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the heads of various parish ministries/groups for information pertaining to each ministry/organization group program.
- Coordinate the preparation of the Gospel Service bulletin each week. Edit content, fact check, and ensure printing/publishing deadlines are met.
- Maintain and schedule all religious community events on the master electronic calendar and other ministry/organization-specific electronic calendars.
- Coordinate with the Lead Gospel Service Chaplain and solicit input from the Pastoral
- Service Community calendar (and any other ministry/organization-specific calendars) with programs and activities.
- Coordinate with each of the congregation's Program Director to identify program needs for specific registrations and associated forms, volunteer information, and curriculum materials.
- Coordinate Designated Offerings with the Fund Office and the Lead Gospel Service Chaplain.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic calendars, databases, and office software.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups and ministries.
- Knowledge of appropriate protocols for purchasing and inventory management.
