Responsibilities:

As a Senior Staff Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in our accounting operations, focusing on commercial properties. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting in the accounting processes for commercial properties.
  • Preparing journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Conducting bank reconciliations and managing property receivables.
  • Compiling monthly packages for a diverse portfolio of properties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a must.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, with at least one year in real estate accounting.
  • Experience with MRI software is advantageous, though not essential.
