Position Overview:
The candidate shall deliver a repeatable, 12-session fatherhood program course that draws
from evidence-based curricula to teach participants positive parenting skills, financial literacy,
job search and skills preparation content.

The candidate shall deliver a repeatable, 12-session fatherhood program course that draws
from evidence-based curricula to teach participants positive parenting skills, financial literacy,
job search and skills preparation content.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a curriculum of evidence-based courses that address key aspects of fatherhood, parenting skills, communication, and family dynamics.
- Coordinate and schedule fatherhood program courses, workshops, and activities for eligible participants within the CSOSA population.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive group sessions, delivering fatherhood program content in a clear and relatable manner.
- Provide individualized support and coaching to participants, addressing their unique needs and challenges related to fatherhood and family dynamics.
- Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, course completion, and program outcomes.
- Contribute to the ongoing evaluation and enhancement of the fatherhood program, incorporating best practices and lessons learned.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in program development, coordination, and facilitation, particularly in the areas of fatherhood, parenting, family dynamics, or related fields.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and approaches related to fatherhood programs and offender reentry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate program documentation and reporting.
