- The training shall address the following topics, at a minimum:
- Introduction Mechanical Shock
- Common Shock Environments
- Single Degree-of-Freedom System Overview
- Shock Response Spectrum
- Shock Testing
- Shock Test Specifications
- Design for Shock
- Temporal and Energy Methods
- Shall travel in performance of this contract.
- The training is to provide students the materials and knowledge to understand mechanical shock.
- Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills necessary to effectively collaborate in a class environment, present and explain Mechanical Shock.
- Experience with environment definition and test specification development.
