THE TEAM
With 3,850 seats and a grandstand containing concessions and clubhouse for events, ABC Supply Stadium features Geronimo Hospitality Group's creative and award-winning food and beverage options for all Beloit Sky Carp home games as well as for public and private events.
THE PLAYER
Provide customers with the consistency and quality food that they expect from our established operations. Work as a team to create a memorable dining experience for all of our guests.

Requirements
YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT AT ABC SUPPLY STADIUM IF:
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to lift, carry, and deliver boxes and items that may weigh up to 50 pounds. If over 18, you will be required to use slicers and heavy equipment. The environment can sometimes be hot and demanding. Smoothly navigate dining room, kitchen and other facility areas, attend work as scheduled, working various schedules and shifts throughout normal business hours.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Protective Clothing Required: Non-slip shoes

EVERY DAY, YOU WILL
- Know and understand every item on the menu (including portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules); Assume 100% responsibility for quality of products served
- Work closely with the Chef to provide absolute consistency on every plate
- When your station is ready for service, see who else may need help with prepping and getting ready
- Keep your workstation clean and stocked
- Practice safe knife handling; if training is needed, see the Chef
- Assist in putting away deliveries when help is needed
- Open/close the kitchen properly and follow the opening/closing checklist for kitchen stations

Requirements
YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT AT ABC SUPPLY STADIUM IF:
- You have at least one year of kitchen experience preferred
- You have basic math skills (must be able to add and subtract)
- You have legible handwriting
- You have strong customer service and oral communication skills
