Overview:Visions Project Manager provides

a single point of contact, from pre-sales handoff through project sign-off, the PM is expected to have exceptional communication, organization and leadership skills, along with a strong background in the integration and delivery of audiovisual, video conferencing and closely related technologies.

Responsibilities:Able to organize necessary resources and manage all phases of engineering and service activities such as planning, designing, installation, and materials purchasing.Review statement of work, contract terms, materials, and tasks with GC/client for concurrence on expectations, timeline, and deliverables.Document and obtain signoff on scope validation with all parties.Responsible for managing budgets, risks, resources, and other client-specific contract issues.Obtain client project signoff in a timely manner upon job completion.Farm existing Accounts and generate incremental opportunities with new clients to achieve or exceed financial expectations on an annual basis

Qualifications:7+ years program/project management experienceMinimum of 3 years of successful large scale AV implementation managing projects with AV content from $2M to $5M+ on a single contract for delivery3+ Years experience managing large projects under General ContractorsStrong background in the integration of audiovisual, video conferencing and closely related technologies

(digital signage, paging, sound masking)Experience managing a team of Project Managers and Foremen on a large complex projectCurrent PMP certifications for Project ManagementCollege degree or equivalent work experienceAbove average proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Project and ExcelSelf-starter, self-sufficient and self-motivated to maximize productivity without supervisionAVIXA CTS, Cisco, Polycom, Biamp, and other industry certification a plusWORKING ENVIRONMENTTravel may be required in MD-DC-VA Metro area.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Active DOD/INTEL Top Secret clearance (where applicable).US Citizenship.
