Growing consumer services company is looking for an HR Manager. The Human Resources Manager oversees the general Human Resources and Payroll functions of our company and provides daily oversight of a wide spectrum of HR needs. The HR Manager is responsible for reporting and presenting regularly to our executive team to assess effectiveness of HR initiatives in enabling organizational objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead team of HR professionals and maintain vision for HR department

Work with leadership to expand HR department (hire, train and promote to meet our growing needs)

Launch and train management on formal onboarding and offboarding processes

Partner with Recruiting Manager to streamline interviewing, hiring and onboarding processes, including New Hire Orientation

Manage company-wide process for job descriptions and SOPs

Manage company-wide organizational chart and reporting protocols and update as necessary

Coordination and enrollment of employee benefit packages

Manage company-wide rollout and management training of new HRIS systems

Manage processing of payroll in a timely manner

Facilitate compliance of employee handbook, policy development and implementation

Manage all personnel issues, including disciplinary actions, terminations, etc.

Oversee maintenance and updating of employee files

Manage department budget and vendors

Partner with Professional Development Manager to support employee growth and well-being

Implement and train on comprehensive employee engagement plan, including employee evaluations, performance reviews and exit interviews

Develop and maintain ongoing employee satisfaction survey process

Create ongoing initiatives to increase retention and decrease turnover

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree

SHRM certification preferred

8+ years Human Resources Generalist experience, at least 2+ years of management experience

Strong knowledge of Labor Laws
