**Late Night Slice - Assistant General Manager - Columbus, OH**

Columbus, OH **Summary:** The AGM is responsible for working with the GM to ensure all aspects of the store are in working order. Communicates daily with GM to keep operations running as smoothly as possible.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

Responsible for food ordering, and beer and liquor ordering for whole store

Inventory

Adjusting POS, waste, time clocks, etc.

Delegate duties to Kitchen and Bar managers as necessary.

Oversee product rotation and organization

Work with GM to communicate any instances of coaching to constantly evaluate and give feedback to staff

* Assure completion of pre-shift meetings

* Oversees customer service/ bar and pizza personnel.

* Performs all other duties as assigned in accordance with the General Manager.

**Supervisor Responsibilities:**

Provides supervision to others through motivation, direction, review and feedback of assigned tasks.

Maintains LNS standards and codes of conduct.

Schedules orders and completes inventory when assigned.

Provides timely reporting of location financials to upper management, if necessary.

**Experience and Requirements:**

High school diploma or GED certificate, college degree preferred but not required

Prior management experience preferred

Valid Drivers License

o Ability to drive company vehicles is contingent upon MVR review by company insurance

Food preparation experience preferred

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite

**Physical Demands:**

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee must be capable of bending, reaching, crouching, and climbing.

**Work Environment:**

The employee may be exposed to extreme hot or cold temperatures, and loud machinery or equipment.
