Insight Global has a client that is searching for an Automation Mechanic to sit in Upper Marlboro, MD. This person will be joining the team at their current location and eventually transferring to their new warehouse facility also in the Upper Marlboro, MD area. While working with the machine manufacturer technicians at the new facility this individual will also be helping with maintenance of industrial machinery at the current site until August 2023 when they will begin assisting engineers in the assembly and service of their new automated, industrial machinery before the site officially opens in mid-2023. Main responsibilities will include: * Evaluating equipment, performing emergency repairs and performing preventative maintenance * Train associates on how to use the new system, how to make minor repairs, and how to know when assistance is requiredWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
