This role is vital in supporting the financial integrity and operational efficiency of our organization through meticulous accounting practices. The position reports directly to the Senior Accounting Manager and plays a key role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Reconciliation: Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial transactions and reporting. This includes preparing and reconciling financial statements, maintaining the fixed assets ledger, and managing investment schedules.

Operational Support: Provide support across various financial operations, including but not limited to, managing accounts payable, preparing wire transfers, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.

Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure all financial activities comply with GAAP standards and internal controls. Regularly review and reconcile accounts to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team to support broader organizational goals, responding to inquiries from staff and vendors, and assisting in various projects as needed.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance; CPA certification or candidate status is preferred.
Two to four years of relevant experience in accounting or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics SL, Management Reporter, PN3 Payable, Sage Fixed Assets, and NetForum CRM is highly desirable.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced skills in Excel.
Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication abilities and a keen eye for detail.
