As our firm expands, we have an opportunity for an experienced growth partner looking to make an impact in our $75m+ Real Estate & Construction ( Recon industry practice (Real Estate/Construction/Hospitality). Well consider builders with assurance, advisory or tax experience. This role can be based out of most of our offices, with preference for our Atlanta, Chicago, or South Florida markets.

Youll collaborate with other partners and professionals to support the digitally driven growth strategy and agenda for the Recon industry practice. In this role, youll work with other stakeholders to identify opportunities for creating and delivering new services and help develop Recon industry expertise and the professionals who support Recon clients. You'll also be responsible for providing compliance and consulting services/projects to an existing client base. Prior industry Real Estate, Construction, Hospitality) experience is required.

**Desired Qualifications**

+ BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, or similar. Masters a plus.

+ CPA required.

+ 10+ years of experience as a partner working for a Big 4, large national, or regional accounting firm with a demonstrated record of having provided leadership, client service, and business expansion.

+ The qualified candidate will have experience leading a team that provides advisory, consulting and compliance services for the Real Estate, Construction and/or Hospitality market.

+ Experience with developing the strategy and plans to grow a practice through expansion of services to existing clients and obtaining new clients.

+ Exceptional client service skills leading to the highest quality of execution and delivery of client engagements.

+ Strong leadership and staff development skills for coaching a client service team.

+ Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with other partners and for providing guidance to clients as their trusted advisor.

+ Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
