General Job InformationThe incumbent of this position serves as Chief, Quality, Data, Training and Performance Management (QDTPM), Department of Behavioral Health. Responsible for providing operational, strategic, and cultural leadership to plan and direct a quality improvement program Hospital-wide. Provides leadership in working collaboratively with SEH and DBH officials to maximize services and resources and to plan, develop and implement a QDTPM program to improve the Hospital's core patient care/recovery function functions. Ensures training and certification of in-house performance and quality improvement trainers for various performance and quality improvement training programs. Works collaboratively with Executive and management staff to establish a continuous performance and quality improvement, monitoring and reporting system. Directs the overall provision of analytical support and assistance to the organizations regarding a wide array of data and internal system needs. Provides supervisory duties such as; establishes performance standards, evaluates work, provide advice and guidance, identifies training needs, and leave approval.QualificationsPosition requires one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level. Specialized experience is experience which is directly related to the position to the filled, and has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position to be filled.Licensures, Certifications and other requirementsNoneWork ExperienceExperience in the mental health field and the operations, policies and procedures of a mental health facility or environment.Duration of Appointment: Management Supervisory Services (At-Will)"AT WILL" EMPLOYMENT APPLIES TO THE MANAGEMENT SUPERVISORY SERVICES (MSS).
