Automotive Maintenance/Facilities Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Porters and Lot attendants
• Ensure that Car Lot is presentable at all times
• Delegate duties to lot attendants and porters
• Perform troubleshooting and basic repair work to building systems, fixtures and equipment
• Coordinate schedules for attendants and porters
• Coordinate maintenance of grounds, including walkways, landscaping and pavements, in a clean, safe, and orderly manner
• Coordinate the attendants to do snow plowing, salting, and shoveling activities, oversee repair of asphalt and concrete pavements and structures, maintain site signage and striping, etc.
• Applies fertilizers and pesticides to lawns
