This role is an excellent access point to other opportunities in community maintenance services.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Complete painting work orders and assignments with cleanliness, attention to detail and care.Prepare surfaces to be painted by washing them, filling holes and cracks with putty and sanding them until smooth.Mix and match paint, stain, and other finishes to specification.Remove and reinstall fixtures as needed.Prep spaces by covering trim, floors, furniture and other surfaces with drop cloths and tape.Apply primer, sealers and paint finishes as needed.Maintain an inventory of supplies.Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in dealing with residents, prospects, employees, and outside contacts.Champion Company values and operations standards.Demonstrate your learning agility by owning your path to professional development and advancement.OUR IDEAL TEAM MEMBER:Has a passion for people and community.
