**Description**

EMCOR Facilities Services has an immediate opening for a full time Painter in Bethesda, MD. The painter will provide quality workmanship and high work standards to maintain a professional working environment. Primary responsibilities are to maintain the condition of the facility by painting, patching, drywall and other general maintenance tasks assigned. The technician will also complete repairs and maintenance of walls, floors, doors, furniture and various general tasks assigned. Qualified applicants must possess a valid drivers license and have at least 3 to 6 years of hands on experience in painting and dealing with a wide range of general type services. Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated and provide documentation to qualify for this opportunity.
