Job Title: Project Manager

Duration: 11+ Months

Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid (3 days on site typically) Flexible for which days (must be in on 1 day when stakeholders are in))


Job Description:

  • Responsible for managing a project to ensure the client s readiness to meet the reporting requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
  • The project contains multiple workstreams across multiple stakeholder groups, and will require an individual that can manage a comprehensive project plan and connect dependencies across all workstreams
  • The Program Manager will be expected to partner with internal global (North America & EU) stakeholders, as well as external consultants to manage and execute the project plan


Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Work with team to identify project goals, needs, and scope
  • Plan and monitor tasks throughout the project. Document each step of the process using project management tools (Asana)
  • Help team ensure all tasks, deliverables, and project materials are delivered promptly
  • Conduct weekly project meetings with working groups (both internally, as well as with consultants)
  • Ensure relevant comms/docs are shared with internal stakeholders and consultants
  • Work with stakeholders to identify risks and strategically eliminate blockers and potential risks
  • Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project/program
  • This role may require a bachelor s degree, and 7-10 years of experience in program/project management or in a related area
  • Candidates should be familiar with a variety of project management concepts, practices, and procedures. Experience using a project management tool (such as Asana) beneficial


Daily Schedule:

  • Dedicated to CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) Readiness only just the 1 project, with multiple workstreams
  • Able to Manage the multiple workstreams and cross dependencies.
  • Make sure teams are on track for delivery projects
  • Coordination and documentation from PM perspective.
  • Reporting to leadership on status of workstreams
  • Will be working with consultant to be the SME in CSRD
  • Internal stakeholder connections constantly Globally US and Europe


Years of Experience:

  • This role may require a bachelor s degree, and 6+ years of experience in program/project management or in a related area.


Required:

  • Candidates should be familiar with a variety of project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience using a project management tool (such as Asana) beneficial.
