Summary:
We are seeking a senior level program manager with a strong technical background and demonstrated success in leading and managing large delivery teams providing Agile DevSecOps for a portfolio of enterprise-level applications and systems to support the US Coast Guard (USCG) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber and Intelligence Service Center (C5ISC). Must have specific experience in Cloud migration of enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and collaboration with IT infrastructure service providers.
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience leading teams working within multi-vendor environments and technical software factories , providing application/software development for Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security customers. Commercial experience also a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organizes and delegates responsibilities to subordinates and oversees the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
