We need intelligence specialists who have a background in supporting, advising, and implementing intelligence operations and understand how to liaise with diverse partners in an international environment to support and implement U.S. foreign policy.ResponsibilitiesAn Intelligence Specialist C works in the field and domestically to advise on activities with intent to spot, assess, develop, recruit, and handle non-U.S. citizens with access to foreign intelligence vital to U.S. foreign policy and national security decision-makers. Specialist C may be asked to use their foreign language skills, cultural experience, and expertise to support and advise clandestine operations, collaborate with foreign partners, and use expertise in a variety of operational core functional areas to influence activities or counter collection.* Support the intelligence cycle process by focusing on collection* Plan and direct opportunities for collection* Advise on best methods for planning and operating in a foreign environment Liaise with foreign partners* Implement U.S. foreign policy; Conduct intelligence diplomacy as directed.Required QualificationsLevels 1-5 apply to the various categories of jobs listed. In addition to the differentiation in levels, each position category may require specific certifications depending on the work requirements and needs of the client. All positions require TS/SCI with full scope polygraph.
