Subject Matter Expert (SME) supports NVE s proposal for the upcoming State Department, Diplomatic Security, Administrative Support Services for Security Technical Operations Services (AITSS). The contract performs the following critical functions:

• Back-office admin support
• Travel support
• Document management
• Human resources
• Logistics
• Budget/finance
• Graphic design, audio visual
• Desk Officer
• Contract admin
• Business process improvement and re

The SME will have had direct work experience with the incumbent contractor performing on existing contract as former civil servant or contract employee. The SME will hold specific knowledge of:

• Activities performed for State Department, Diplomatic Security (DS)
• DS concerns and hot buttons.
• Unique operating issues at locations.

The SME reports directly to the NVE capture manager.
