As a Shift Lead Manager, you, along with a team of two others, will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pizza restaurant during your shifts. Leading by example, you will provide guidance and support to the team to deliver excellent customer service and uphold our high-quality standards. Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily operations during assigned shifts
Train, motivate, and mentor team members to ensure exceptional customer service
Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in the food service industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends
Food handler's certification is a plus
