Description

  • Maintain a distribution process that is professional and safe for all patients and in compliance to federal and state guidelines. Greet patients when entering the retail store with compassion and professionalism.
  • Accurately enter patient information into our database system and verify eligibility for purchase.
  • Provide exceptional customer service - always going the extra mile.
  • Quickly and precisely handle cash and debit transactions while always maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
  • Work with a diverse group of personalities - employees and patients.
  • Possess excellent skills in mathematics.
  • Be extremely organized, efficient, and a good manager of time & resources.
  • Navigate Windows, and multiple applications quickly, using shortcut keys and expert typing skills.
  • Manage the Patient Check-In process - upholding exceptional recordkeeping of patient profiles, ensuring the accurate and timely input of all required patient information.
  • Manage the maintenance of the retail store Sales Floor and Staff Breakroom. Ensure all areas are clean, well-stocked, and excess supplies are organized.
  • Conduct opening/closing inventory counts of all retail store products as needed.
  • Work cohesively as part of family/team environment.
  • Work on special projects and assignments designated by management.
  • Gathering and processing necessary information with detailed verification. Dispense medical marijuana to patients, entering each sale into the POS system and ensuring the retail store area is clean and organized.
  • Ensure all stored marijuana is accounted for and the retail store has adequate amounts of medical marijuana products for day-to-day operations.
  • Trained to oversee the day-to-day operations in the absence of the Store Manager. Assumption of those duties would include financials, physical inventory, storage of marijuana, leading a team of employees, and overseeing the cleanliness & organization of the retail store.
  • Manage and upkeep the dispensary floor; this includes displays both physical and digital, managing the cleaning and upkeep procedures to ensure all touch points have been cleaned and sanitized.
  • Manage the ordering & upkeep of non-cannabis involved inventory. Maintains stock of daily supplies.
  • Answer telephone and email inquiries.
  • Knowledge of solid and liquid dosage medications and topicals dispensed. Explain treatment procedures and use of product.
  • Greet customers and help them locate merchandise.
  • Unpack, sort, count and label merchandise, including items requiring special handling or refrigeration.
  • Prepare labels by typing or operating a computer and printer.
  • Receive store and inventory supplies, notifying management when levels are low.
Requirements
  • Marijuana knowledge strongly preferred.
  • Must be over 21 years of age.
  • Can legally work in the United States - all documentation required
  • Applicant must consent to a criminal background check
  • Must have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
  • Must be able to occasionally lift 50+ pounds
  • Must be able to either sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have no scheduling restrictions.

Education
  • 2 year degree preferred, Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required.
