Transportation Analyst (Cornerstone Srvcs)

We are currently hiring for a Transportation Analyst to work in our Transportation department. This position will contribute successfully and consistently to the overall mission of the distribution center by employing a work ethic consistent with the standards of CSI, striving to achieve positive relations with peers and coworkers, and establishing goals for personal development.

**Your Impact**

Provide analytical and operational support to the CBI transportation team regarding rate changes (contract changes, new carrier proposals, accessorial fees, what-if analyses).

Work within the necessary operational systems to ensure they are producing accurate rates, reflecting the eventual paid cost.

Work with freight pay team in transportation to ensure audit rates are up to date.

Communicate rate change impacts across CBI leadership, when necessary.

**What You Bring**

Minimum Education: Bachelors degree

Preferred Education: Focus in data analytics and/or supply chain/operations

Minimum Experience: 2 years OR relevant college courses

Preferred Experience: 3+ years in data analytics role

Strong mathematical skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask.

Must be detail oriented.

Solid problem-solving skills.

Proficient experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Familiarity of one or more areas of the following: Database systems, Distribution, Shipping.

Understanding of relational database techniques preferred (SQL/Access).

Knowledge/experience with advanced visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) preferred.
