This is a temporary position that will provide additional support to our customers and internal staff during our peak summer season. The primary responsibilities will include processing work orders, responding to e-mail inquiries from customers, answering customer questions, redirecting inquiries to other departments when applicable and troubleshooting equipment when necessary. * Field customer inquiries via e-mail.

* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, respond promptly to customer concerns.

* Process work orders, accurate data entry

* Interact with multiple software platforms to serve customer needs.

* Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

* Any other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager

* Quick learner of new software systems; comfortable using multiple computer platforms and monitors simultaneously

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

* Professional Written and Oral Communication Skills

* Basic MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Organizational Skills

* Dependable and punctual attendance

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* 1 year of previous customer service/call center experience

* Proficient user of Word and Excel
