Here at Leesburg Family Smiles, our experienced, professional team provides top-quality dental care to families throughout the area. We are proud to have served Leesburg and Purcellville for over 40 years. Our practice is unique because of our focus on prevention and health. As a dental assistant, you play an important role in our office and perform limited clinical duties under the direction of a dentist. Clinical duties may include equipment preparation and sterilization, preparing patients for treatment, assisting the dentist during treatment, and providing patients with instructions for oral healthcare procedures. May perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, billing, and coding information for insurance purposes.

• At least 2 years of experience
• X-Ray and CPR Certification
• Proficient with Computers and Dental Software (Open Dental, Dentrix, Dental Imaging and Scanning technology)
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
