To meet the demand for its solutions we are looking to add a talented and driven Support Engineer to our Carlsbad team. The Job As a System Engineer at GeekPlus, you'll be the primary point of contact with our partners and clients who range from Startups to Fortune 500 players. You'll interact regularly to maintain a strong communication with the clients and understand well their needs. You'll diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues by understanding the issues customers are facing in a detailed fashion so that they understand the nub of the problems.
