Part Time Operations Consultant needed to support NVE s proposal effort for the upcoming Professional Services contract for the U.S. State Department. Subject Matter Expert will provide information and assist in new business development. This will be a virtual opportunity.

The Professional Services contract supports the following critical functions:

• Staffing through the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia.
• Logistics management.
• Administrative support.
• Financial record keeping.
• Facility operation and maintenance equipment assessment.
• Security assessments.
• IT/telecommunication services.
• Data analysis.
• Furnishings, interior design.

The SME will have had direct work contract experience with the existing contract either as a contractor or U.S. State Department employee. The SME will hold specific knowledge of:

• S. State Department professional services through the DMV.
• Concerns and hot buttons in performing professional services working directly in U.S. State Department offices.
• Issues with how incumbent contractor is providing professional services.
• Strengths and weaknesses of incumbent s performance.
• Unique professional service issues at different buildings at different locations.

The SME reports directly to the NVE capture manager.
