Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounting Manager to oversee our client's financial operations and ensure the integrity of their financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Continuously assess and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate and lead financial audits, working closely with external auditors.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation is a plus.
• Proven experience in accounting and financial management roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
