Participate in kickoff meeting to address and report on staffing approach with for large program transition-in period and program execution; define each role, assigned personnel, and clear lines of accountability to include associated responsibilities per role
Support development of a Program Management Plan (PMP) including Staffing Plans for skill and labor mix to support contract operations
Maintain an Onboarding Tracker to aid in communicating with the customer and program management the status for staffing resources.
Develop and deliver monthly CDRLs staffing reports: Staffing Report and Contractor Staffing Change Report
Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff
Assign staff required to provide technical solutions and services as necessary to complete tasks
Acts as a resourcing liaison with talent vendors
This position is essential for the program acquiring follow-on business associated with areas of responsibility and supports new business development by leading major proposals personally, or through subordinate program/project managers.
Qualifications
Basic Qualification:
US Citizen; eligible for U.S. Security Clearance.
Bachelor's degree with 2 to 4 years, or master's degree with 0 to 2 years; HS Diploma with 6+ years experience
Must have experience as a Resource Manager supporting large contract start up and staffing 250+ FTEs.
Experience working with IT teams and collaborating with technical teams of diverse IT related skill
Exemplary communication and analytical skills
Experience building briefs and using spreadsheets
Ability to produce concise and clear documentation
Preferred Qualification:
Active Secret Security Clearance.
Experience working programs using ITIL v. 4 and/or Agile framework for Service Management

Target Salary Range
$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
