Job Summary:
- To assist in the washing of dishes, prep of food, serving, and any chore requested by the cook supervisor in charge. Must be dependable and be able to follow directions.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve food in the serving line at meals
- Help the kitchen staff prep food when asked and follow proper food handling procedures.
- Empty the trash cans in the kitchen and in front of the dining hall
- Sweep and mop the floor
- Perform any task assigned by the kitchen staff
- Job may entail working in dish room.
- Will be required to clean tables and the front line after each meal.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must assist in every facet of work in the kitchen.
- Experience a plus.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
