Job Summary:
Are you a skilled communicator passionate about inclusivity? Embrace a fulfilling role as an Interpreter, breaking down communication barriers between the D/deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing communities. Leverage your fluent ASL mastery to deliver precise interpretations for live and pre-recorded multimedia productions, both onsite and offsite. Collaborate with DOI Bureau/Office production staff, adapting seamlessly to potential changes in sign language interpretation requirements. This role is essential in enabling individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing and fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) to access the audio content of video and multimedia productions.
